Possible Solutions For A Website That Has Been Sandboxed By Google

In episode 130 of Semantic Mastery’s weekly Hump Day Hangouts, one viewer asked for possible solution for fixing a website that has been sandboxed by Google.

The exact question was:

Hi all last week asked you a question on website been dropped from search results but not deindexed by Google. After I checked there was a 4 posts a day for 3 days posting.
That not natural :(.
That website have T1 branded ring .
If I want to fix what happened what do you think I can do?
1. Disavow the T1 branded ring
2. Wait for 3 month
3. a fix from fiverr (worked for me in the past with GSA links penalty)
4. The website doesn’t worth a dime leave it and that’s it

I asked support of sydiaction academy to help me they said it HDHG question or 1 and 1.
I am willing to pay but would it be any good?

Just for remember I am your follower in Syndication academy battle plan RYS starter

p.s
The website sells instagram followers facebook likes and such.

p.p.s
The RYS for local map embed is a killer very good (of another site of course) very recommended
